Bernie Ecclestone Becomes Father for Fourth Time at 89
by Laura DriverBernie Ecclestone has become a father for the fourth time 89. His third wife Fabiana Flosi, 44, gave birth to a baby boy named Ace. Bernie said: "We have a son named Ace. I am so proud." Fabiana, who gave birth in Switzerland, added: "It was all so easy. The birth was over after 25 minutes. I thank god."
Bernie is already dad to Deborah, 65, Tamara, 36, and Petra, 31. He shares Deborah with ex-wife Ivy Bamford and Tamara and Petra with ex-wife Slavica Ecclestone. Bernie is a grandfather and great-grandfather through his three grown-up daughters.
His daughter Tamara recently opened up about the news of her new sibling, saying she was bewildered when she found out her elderly father was set to welcome another child saying: "We had no idea what was going on. We just thought we were meeting Dad and Fabi for a meal. We were in the middle of eating when Fabiana told us." Tamara was said to be thrilled "but still a bit bewildered" by the news, which was immediately passed on to Petra by phone to ensure both sisters found out at the same time.
Bernie confirmed the news that he would be a dad again in July and said he felt unfazed about welcoming a child at 89 years old "I don't see there is any difference between being 89 and 29. You have got the same problems, I suppose"
